We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
• The wrong product has been delivered

Return Conditions:

• The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be in original condition with all accessories, packaging, and invoice
• Proper unboxing video may be required for verification

Non-Returnable Cases:

• Physical damage caused by the customer
• Misuse or mishandling of the product
• Change of mind after purchase

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer
• Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method
